barberry family. Resemblance to bamboo is its lightly branched,
canelike stems and delicate, fine-textured foliage. Colors are

established. Apply iron sulfate or chelates to correct chlorosis in

spring with stems bearing numerous pale yellow flower clusters. A
Texas Native that grows in the rocky soils of West and South Texas.
